Tidal Waves Swim Team
Welcome to the 2026 Chastain Park Adult Summer Swim Team! Our CPAC team is open to anyone and part of the Grown-Up Swimming League. It believes that the kiddos shouldn't have all the fun. Our kids have won many summer swim league championships, so now it's our turn to compete! All information about the team can be found on this page and the tabs above.
This summer, we will have available at least 7 preseason practices, 24 in-season practices, 4 regular swim meets and a Championship Meet. The total fees are broken out below:
The Grown-Up Summer League fee is:
- $25 for 18 years-old to 24 years old; Increases on 5/17 to $35
- $55 for age 25 years-old and up; Increases on 5/17 to $65
The Chastain Park Athletic Club team fee is $85; Increases on 5/17 to $95.
BTW, there is a $55 discount (equivalent of 1 month of CPAC Masters dues) and we operate on the honor system at checkout. The following current members are entitled to a discount:

- CPAC Year Round Parents (Kids on Team)
- Tidal Wave Summer Parents (Kids on Team)
- Discount ONLY applies one time

Wednesdays at 7:15 - 8:15 PM on April 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th & May 6th
Wednesdays at 7:30 - 8:30 PM on May 13th & 20th
Regular Practices
Memorial Day Week: Tuesday & Thursday at 6:45 - 7:45 PM on May 26th & 28th
Monday & Wednesday at 6:45 - 7:45 PM starting June 1st.

Swim Meet Formats
A total of 4 Meets plus the Championship - themes include:
- Sprint Meet: The blazing fast 25s will give you a chance to get back to your 10 & under days, while also easing you into the spirit of competition with short races!
- Standard Meet: After warming up with the 25s, we will get back to the basics and swim the events and distances you have come to know and love at a swim meet.
- Championship: This meet will be held at TBD.
